For raw material processing, cutting equipment like CNC cutting machines (including plasma and laser cutters) and shears are used to accurately cut or trim steel plates and pipes into required blanks. Forming equipment such as punch presses and bending machines shapes metal sheets into components like covers and chassis parts.
In component assembly, welding equipment (e.g., CO₂ gas-shielded welders, argon arc welders) and welding robots join parts firmly, ensuring structural stability. Machining equipment-lathes, milling machines, drills, and grinders-processes parts (e.g., shafts, disks) to enhance precision and surface quality.
