Operation efficiency increases steadily with model upgrades.
Stable Tillage Depth & Precision Soil Preparation: With an adjustable tillage depth range of 80-140mm, it can be flexibly adjusted according to soil types (such as loam soil, clay soil) and crop planting requirements. Combined with the 460mm large-diameter discs and 200mm uniform disc spacing, it achieves an excellent soil crushing effect and high soil flatness, avoiding missing or repeated tillage.
Reliable Structure & High Durability: The overall weight ranges from 2350kg to 5800kg, which is precisely matched with the power of the supporting tractor. The machine body has strong rigidity, capable of withstanding the impact of complex field operations and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
Optimized Disc Configuration: The number of discs increases synchronously with the model (32-68 discs), which is precisely matched with the working width. This ensures uniform working load on each disc, improving soil crushing efficiency and operation quality.
Each model must be matched with a tractor of corresponding power to ensure sufficient operating power:
1LZ-3.2: Suitable for tractors with 100-120hp, ideal for small and medium-sized plot operations;
1LZ-4.0Y: Suitable for tractors with 120-140hp, balancing operation efficiency and flexibility;
1LZ-4.80Y: Suitable for tractors with 140-170hp, meeting the needs of medium-sized contiguous farmland operations;
1LZ-6.0Y: Suitable for tractors with 180-200hp, applicable to large-scale standardized farmland;
