Soil and Crop Compatibility

All products in the series feature a unified working depth range of 50-150mm, which not only meets the pre-sowing soil preparation requirements of major dryland crops such as corn, soybeans, and wheat (e.g., breaking the plow pan, refining soil clods) but also adapts to most soil types including sandy loam, loam, and light clay. They are particularly suitable for large-scale farming scenarios in northern dryland areas.

Flexible Adaptation to Plot Scale

The working width ranges from 1250mm (Model 1BQDX-1.25) to 3000mm (Model 1BQDX-3.0):

Small working width models (e.g., 1BQDX-1.25) are suitable for hilly areas and scattered small plots, featuring flexible steering and easy operation;

Large working width models (e.g., 1BQDX-3.0) are adapted to plain large plots, with a large single-operation coverage area that can increase soil preparation efficiency by more than 3 times compared to small working width models.

Seamless Connection with Power Equipment

The matching power range covers 35-100HP, which can be accurately matched with most small and medium-sized tractors on the market (e.g., 35-40HP for low-horsepower tractors, 85-100HP for large tractors). No additional replacement of power equipment is required, reducing users' purchase and upgrade costs and enabling "plug-and-play with existing equipment".

The serialized design provides 6 core models, allowing users to choose flexibly based on three core factors: operation efficiency requirements, existing power equipment, and plot area. The specific selection logic is as follows:

Meanwhile, all series of discs are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, with a 4mm thickness design that balances durability and soil-breaking effect, extending the service life of core components (usable for 3-5 years under normal operating conditions).

In response to different soil textures and farming preferences, the product provides core component customization options to ensure the soil preparation effect is more in line with actual needs:

Disc Size Customization

Except for Model 1BQDX-1.25, which fixedly uses 460×4mm discs, other models support optional discs of "460mm diameter / 510mm diameter":

460mm diameter discs: Suitable for soft soil, with more uniform soil breaking to facilitate seed germination;

510mm diameter discs: Stronger soil penetration ability, suitable for compacted soil and soil with high clay content, effectively breaking hard soil layers.

Personalized Parameter Adjustment

For special plots (e.g., narrow and long plots, high-altitude plots), customized services such as fine adjustment of working width and weight adaptation can be provided (technical parameters need to be communicated in advance). This ensures high matching between agricultural implements and plot conditions, avoiding efficiency waste caused by "using a large machine for small tasks" or "using a small machine for large tasks".
